Brief: To design 24 activity ‘missions’ for a summer Healthy Living activation inspired by the launch of Disney Pixar’s Incredibles 2 movie.

Following a tender process, we were selected to work with Disney’s Healthy Living Team to conceptualise 24 different activity ‘missions’ which would form a significant element of their summer 2018, Disney 24 Hour Challenge.

Disney’s 24 Hour Challenge was free for families and teams to take part in, and as part of the Challenge they were encouraged to choose various activity ‘missions’ to complete. Families logged the hours they completed together as a team over the 12 week summer period and were incentivised and rewarded along the way.

We worked closely with Disney’s Healthy Living Team to conceptualise the 24 different activities which were inspired by the skills characterised by Incredibles 2 characters (strength, speed, flexibility, etc.). The activities needed to be suitable for groups of 2-10 people, be age appropriate for 4-11 year olds and their wider family, involve teamwork and above all be safe and fun to complete.

The Disney 24 Hour Challenge also enabled families to fundraise for UNICEF by securing donations connected to the number of activity hours they completed as a family.
